About the trainer
LALU JOSEPH is a highly appreciated inspirational and transformational leadership trainer and a well diversified professional with extensive experience in Professional Training, Sales and Marketing. His academic credentials include MBA in General management with specialization in corporate strategy formulation and implementation with special focus on adaptive, inspirational and transformational leadership skills with sub-specialization in marketing, HR, finance and project management from Asian Institute of Management, Philippines.
He holds many outstanding sales and marketing awards and recognitions which include:
1) The top seller of Euro-clean vacuum cleaners in 1993 from Eureka Forbes Ltd.
2) Eight times winner of the “Super Sales Person of the year award” from Johnson & Johnson and out of 10 years sales stint 8 years completed the annual sales target in nine months or before.
3) Two times winner of the ‘Best Manager Award’ for excellence in sales, leadership development, team building and management from Johnson & Johnson - Gynecare division in 2008 and 2009.
He completed many certification programs such as Train the Trainer Training in Beijing, Seoul and Singapore as a regional trainer for the Asia Pacific Region, inspirational and transformational leadership training, future leadership training, management fundamentals, business strategy workshops, recruitment skill workshops, negotiation skills workshops, leadership development & talent retention process programs.
